2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the beverage and hospitality, service or culinary or related professional area.

•       Managing Day-to-Day Operations

Supervises and manages employees. Well-versed in employee positions to an extent that you can perform duties in employees’ absence. Ensures that service and sanitation standards in restaurant are upheld. Evaluates staffing levels to make certain that guest service, operational requirements and financial objectives are met.

•       Leading Food and Beverage Team
